In face of the COVID-19 crisis, the Rashi Foundation mobilized together with many partners to provide emergency relief to vulnerable families. Speaking up for the toddlers

The Springboard to Social Mobility plan was initiated in order to further Rashi Foundation's efforts to drive social mobility and equal opportunity in Israel by inspiring policy change.

The first stage in this campaign focuses on early childhood, and particularly on expansion of the State's responsibility for education and care in the crucial first years of life.


We believe that closing social gaps should start with a national policy that provides all Israeli children with access to excellent, state-supervised and subsidized education from birth.
