President Hubert Leven srf@sacta-rashi.org.il Hubert Leven has led the Foundation as President since its establishment in 1984. He also presently serves as Executive Vice-President of KIAH and as Vice-President of Alliance Israelite Universelle. In his professional life, Mr. Leven was CEO of a Parisian brokerage firm and on the executive board of Source Perrier.

Vice President Raphy Bensimon Based in Paris, Raphy has been the Board's Senior Advisor for the past ten years, as well as Director of Sacta's operations in France. He took up these positions after retiring as General Director of the United Jewish Appeal in France. Previous to that, he worked in formal and informal education, including as national director of the French Jewish scouts movement.
